The young porters of the Association Warma Tarinakuy have a number of requirements they must fulfil, including a weekly fee of 2.5 sol (0.80 euro) to the association and participating in weekly meetings. Their rights as members include the right to enter the market with a trolley, to rent a relatively cheap trolley, to receive educational support, first aid if needed, a relatively cheap lunch, and occasional recreational events, technical workshops and scholarships. The association has four committees: kitchen, health, education and work.
